Grace Sun-dried Sorrel

There is no Christmas across the Caribbean without sorrel. The plant of the hibiscus family is the basis of the most delicious drink. It reaches new heights when flavoured with ginger, cinnamon and or rum. Sorrel also has nutritional and health giving properties. One packet will yield five or six 750 ml bottles of drink, enough for holiday giving.
